Healthy Mattress Company provides free shipping to all contiguous U.S. states (48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For other areas, please call (805) 658-2866 and we will help make arrangements and shipping quotes. As soon as your order is shipped we will call or email you with a tracking number. With your tracking number you will have a better idea as to the date of arrival. If your product is larger and UPS is not the shipping service used, a common carrier freight company will be used, they will call you in advance to set up a drop off appointment (usually a 4 hour window of time is required)
How Long Will it Take?
Once we receive your order we will start building your TailorFitTM Products the next day. We will inspect your products and thoroughly package to insure it makes a safe trip to your home. It will leave our factory 3-5 days after your order date. Our Personalized Premier Delivery Service (in home) may require additional delivery time.
What Can I Expect at Time of Arrival?
Depending on the size and weight of your products, different shipping companies are used. UPS ground is used with some mattresses, most toppers and smaller items. UPS will drop off with signature at doorstep. If the mattress is large a common carrier freight company will take your products to edge of their truck and require that you have help from that point on (unfortunately commercial freight carriers do not require their drivers to do anything beyond the edge of the truck). Latex is heavy and requires 2-3 people at the receiving end. Please be careful and wear the proper support products if needed. We will do our best to package your products so they are as easy to manage as possible. If your package is damaged at the time of drop off please note it, prior to signing off on the shipping documents. Because freight companies are high volume, periodically packages tend to crushed scraped or torn. Fortunately our products are not fragile and nine times out of ten are perfectly fine after unpacking. I f your product looks greatly damaged you may refuse the shipment and we will send you a new one. Please notify us as soon as you can so we can expect a return shipment. If your product is damaged at the time of opening, please notify us and we will expedite replacement parts ASAP. It is important you let us know within 48 hours so we can make a claim with the shipping company they have stringent guidelines for damage freight claims.
Will You Take My Old Mattress?
If you choose to have our Personalized Premier Delivery Service ( A local in-home delivery service that will work directly with you).
They deliver your new mattress and set it up for a fee of $289.00. Your local delivery service provider will call you to set up a delivery day and a 4 hour window. If you have other questions or concerns you can work out the details and pricing when booking your delivery date. This is a third party system and we do our best to find reputable service providers, if you are for some reason unsatisfied please feel free to let us know. We are always trying to better our systems and exceed expectations.
What is Personalized Premier Delivery Service? $289
If you need disposal of your old mattress purchasing Personalized Premier Delivery Service may be your best option, there will be an additional fee of $89.00. Most local municipalities have an annual pick- up of large items curbside once a year. There are also haul-away services available. If you need help, please contact us so that we may assist you.
How Do I Return My Mattress?
Returns are not a problem, we ask that you sleep on our Healthy Mattress latex mattress for 30 (thirty) days. There is an adjustment period for your body to get use to. The muscles and joints need time to assimilate to the new support and pressure relieving properties of latex. If after 30 days you decide that your Healthy Mattress is not right for you, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping (shipping prices vary depending on the item and place). We do ask that all bonus items be returned in its original packaging unopened. You will need to re-box the mattress for shipping and we will make arrangements for a curbside pickup. Returning your mattress prior to the 30 day trial period or keep any bonus products received with your mattress purchase an $80.00 accommodation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once your order is shipped it can not be cancelled, if you refuse the order our standard return policy is that you will acquire and are responsible for all roundtrip shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. After the 30 day sleep trial you may return your latex mattress for free(no processing fees) within 120 nights. Please save any packaging materials. Our return rate is very minimal. Please keep in mind, toppers, foundations bedframes and platforms are universal items and can be used with any mattress and are consequently not returnable.
Latex Mattress 100% Free Return Policy
If you would like to return your mattress, simply call 805 658-2866 have your order number available and the mattress you are returning. We will give you complete instructions for shipping and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Our friendly staff will make arrangements for a carrier to make a curbside pick-up of your mattress.
All returned products must be in a sanitary, whole and undamaged condition, if they are not, additional charges may be applied. Bonus items must be new original unopened packaging.
Once we receive the returned items and have inspected them, we will issue a full refund in the method of your original payment of your mattress purchase. We do not charge for handling, inspecting, restocking or transporting to a third party liquidator, these services are absolutely 100% free. Requests to a refund to another card may incur a 3% processing fee. You may also use your refund as a credit towards another purchase with Healthy Mattress Company. The amount refunded will be the full amount paid for your mattress purchase(shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount). Personalized Premier Delivery Service fees or other shipping upgrades and or costs are not refundable.
120 Night Free Comfort Exchange
There is nothing better than sleeping on a Healthy Mattress. If for some reason your not quite as comfortable as you would like on a healthy latex mattress call our friendly staff and ask for a one-time comfort latex layer exchange. for a nominal $130 deposit we will send you a new top comfort layer of 100% Talalay Latex. You will have the option of choosing either a softer or firmer one depending on your needs. This service is absolutely free with no shipping charges when you purchase a Healthy latex mattress from us..
Once you receive your new comfort latex layer, simply unzip the top layer of your new healthy latex mattress, remove the top layer and replace with the new one. It's that simple!
We will provide packing and return shipping instructions in the box. Note: when unpacking new comfort latex layer please be careful as you need to use the same box for the return packaging. When we receive your return we will then forward to a liquidation company and refund your $130.00 Deposit

30 Day latex Comfort Topper Trial (Less Shipping $50.00)
When you purchase a latex comfort topper from Healthy Mattress Company you are entitled to a 30 day trial period free of charge other than a shipping ($65.00).

We will give you complete instructions for shipping and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Our friendly staff will make arrangements for a carrier to make a pick-up of your latex comfort topper.
